Geo-Institute Organizational
Member/Student Career Fair
Graduate students who are Geo-Institute members; graduating in 2015; and are registered for IFCEE 2015, are eligible to win a $275 travel grant to attend the Geo-Institute Organizational Member/Student Career Fair. For information and to complete the online questionnaire, visit the G-I website http://www.asce.org/geotechnical-engineering/student-travel-grant/ by January 30, 2015.
GeoChallenge Competitions
There are four GeoChallenge Competitions Planned for IFCEE 2015: GeoWall, GeoPrediction, GeoPoster, and GeoVideo. Go to the GeoChallenge website at http://www.mygeoworld.info/groups/profile/61033/geochallenge for more information on how to participate. GeoChallenge participants are eligible for travel grants according to the rules for each event.

Meeting Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be in writing. Prior to Monday, January 12, 2015, IFCEE 2015 Show Management will allow a refund of 75% less a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellations received January 13 through February 10, 2015 will receive a 50% refund less a $150.00 processing fee. No refunds after February 10, 2015, 5:00pm CST. Please fax all cancellation requests to 469.359.6007 or email to Emily Matthews (ematthews@adsc-iafd.com). Substitutions of Attendees: You may substitute attendees at any time.
