Registration and Fees
Affiliated Institution:
$690 per attendee

Affiliated Institution - Academy Participant:
$600 per attendee
 
Optional Early Workshop:
$100 per attendee
 
This workshop is team-based. Previous participants report the most effective group work is done with teams of 5-8 participants. Each institution is expected to send 3-8 team members.

Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations 15 business days prior to the event or by June 28, 2013, are eligible for a refund. The Commission must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Please see refund schedule below. 
 
The refund schedule is:
 
  • Refunds requested more than 45 days before the event will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee.
  • Cancellations made up to 15 business days before the event will receive a 60% refund less a $50 processing fee.   Hotel cancellation penalties will apply. Please see the Venue Information Tab for additional information.
  • No shows or cancellations made fewer than 15 days in advance are not eligible for any refund.
