BHA Summer Hydropower Forum 2013 (Bristol)

"Where there is a political will, there is a way" is a popular phrase today - easy to say but difficult to achieve, especially in the UK hydropower sector. Much has been achieved in the last few years in all aspects of our industry but we still have uncertainty and opposition.

This Summer Hydropower Forum seeks some answers. A keynote speech will be followed by an open discussion on the state of UK hydropower development and a review of the incentives and barriers affecting generators, developers, consultants, manufacturers and service providers. These will then be covered in the following three themed sessions, where speakers will give their views based on experience in each of the areas, with input from invited guests with working knowledge of specific aspects.

Results of this hydropower "think-tank" will indicate a way forward in addressing the new challenges we face.

Please note that the conference programme is constantly being updated. Please keep checking it for the latest version.
