The Distance Education and Training Council has more than 100 member institutions that together enroll approximately 4 million students. The DETC Fall Workshop, October 14-16, 2012 at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa in Santa Fe, offers an excellent opportunity to interact with executives from many of the most successful distance education institution executives in the nation. What's New?

Exhibitors at this year’s Fall Workshop will have more opportunity than ever to connect with DETC institutions.Each exhibitor registration includes one exhibit area (Please note, depending on available space each exhibit area will either be 8' table tops or a 10'x10' exhibit booth and two chairs. A final decision will be made shortly.) Attendees will pass through the exhibit area often; the Workshop registration table, continental breakfast and all meeting break food will be served in the exhibit area.

After registering, exhibitors will be able to access a list of attendees that is updated is real-time. A final list will be provided after the Workshop.

Click here to register for the DETC Fall Workshop! Exhibitor registration costs $2,000, which includes the exhibit space and one attendee’s registration. If your organization is sending more than one person, additional representatives can register for $250/person (select the “Additional Exhibitor” option during the online registration process). Register before August 24, 2012, to receive early-bird pricing and save $200 on Workshop registration!

Please note, attendees must register separately for Tuesday evening’s Closing Reception and Dinner. Registrations are $100 and can be purchased during the online registration process. Anyone planning to attend Tuesday’s Reception and Dinner must purchase the registration online. The Workshop registration deadline is Friday, October 5th.

Rooms at the Eldorado Hotel and Spa are available to DETC Fall Workshop attendees for the special Workshop rate of $ $289/night for single or double occupancy, plus tax. Rooms can be reserved online by visiting the special DETC hotel reservations page of the hotel website. Don't delay, the hotel room block will sell out before the meeting!

Remember, rooms must be reserved by September 12, 2012 to receive the special Workshop rate.

Setup, Takedown and Shipping

Exhibit setup will run from noon-4:00 p.m. Sunday, October 14th (please note, Workshop registration will be taking place in the exhibit area from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Sunday). Exhibit takedown can begin after lunch on Tuesday, October 16th, and all exhibits must be removed by 4:00 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.

Exhibit materials may not arrive at the hotel before Thursday, October 11th. Each box must be marked with the following information:
