Webinar - Multiple Personalities in the Fundraising Workplace and How to Master Them
Fundraising
is about relationships. How you relate
to the various personalities around you will determine your success or failure
as a fundraiser.
Your
donors, peers and staff members all vary in the way they make decisions and
react to situations. In order to
communicate effectively and achieve the best outcomes in your work it’s vital
to be able to understand social styles and learn how to reach people more
effectively.
In this webinar you will
learn:
How to improve teamwork, reduce conflict and leverage individual talents
on your team
The most effective ways to present proposals, structure meetings
and make “the ask” with donors based on their social style
Awareness of your own social style in order to help you manage
stress and improve communication
Mary Macuga MFIA will lead the October
FIA Webinar and will teach participants how to identify social styles and to
use this knowledge to building more effective relationships with your donors,
peers and staff members.
