NEW! Supplier / Manufacturer Appointments

This year you will have the opportunity to set one-on-one appointments during the Expo. We are providing candle industry suppliers and manufacturers a centralized website in which to connect with each other before, during and after the event. This site allows attendees to see the other registered attendees, to schedule appointments and to message one another. And all of your appointments will be placed on your personal calendar. Exhibitor Fees for 2014 Expo

  • NEW! Tabletop: FREE to NCA Associate Members; $1500 for non-members
  • Single booth: $2,200 for NCA members and $4,000 for non-members; includes one (1) full Conference & Expo registration
  • Double booth: $3,700 for members and $8,000 for non-members; includes two (2) Conference & Expo registrations.
The distribution of all booths will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Consideration will be given to previous exhibitors, as well as to ensure competitors are strategically placed.Payment must be received with the exhibitor application. Booth assignments will begin on April 7, 2014. NCA Staff will contact each exhibitor with their assigned booth number on that date.

The official decorator for this show is Freeman, which will serve as the contractor for all material and freight handling, drayage and storage. All exhibitors are required to send their freight through the official drayage contractor, and coordinate their deliveries with Freeman. Freeman will send the exhibitor kit to each exhibitor after NCA receives exhibitor registration and payment.   The kit will provide detailed shipping instructions and all necessary order forms for electrical connections, Internet service, etc.
