To make your hotel reservations, please call (800) 533-0127.

The NCA has obtained a special group rate at the Marriott Louisville Downtown of $163 single or double per night, exclusive of applicable taxes. 
These room rates are applicable over the Conference dates as well as three days before and after the NCA event, until Friday, May 9, 2014, based upon availability. To receive the group rate you must let the reservations agent know you are with the NCA. 

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm and checkout time is 11:00 am.

Please note that your registration to attend the Conference is separate from hotel reservations.




Cancellations/No-Shows
For reservations made on an individual basis, a credit card may be given to guarantee the guest room reservation. The credit card will not be charged until the guest checks out of the hotel. Cancellation of individual reservations shall be accepted by the Hotel, without penalty, up to 24 hours prior to their arrival date. Any cancellations due to medical emergencies that can be verified shall not be charged a penalty.



Travel/Ground Transportation

By Air

Louisville Marriott Downtown is approximately 8 miles from the Louisville International Airport (SDF) and is served by most major airline carriers and national car rental companies. The hotel is easily reached by various airport shuttles for approximately $12 each way. Taxi service is also available for approximately $16 one-way from Louisville International to Louisville Marriott Downtown. For more information on ground transportation, see: Ground Transportation

Parking
Valet for NCA attendees is $25 plus tax with in/out privileges.
Self-parking for NCA attendees is $21 all-inclusive with in/out privileges.

Attire & Weather

Dress is business casual for all meetings.   Louisville in early June offers warm, sunny days and cool nights. Daytime temperatures are in the mid 80s, while nighttime temperatures are in the mid 60s-low 70s.
