Terms & Conditions

Booking, managing and/or cancelling accommodation is the responsibility of the delegate or exhibitor and is not included in Conference costs. Rooms can include one Queen bed or one Double and one single. Rooms & rates are held until 21/03/2017. After this date all rooms and rates are subject to availability.

Accommodation rate includes breakfast for one person per room. For a rate of $235 two breakfasts can be booked.

Accommodation rate includes FREE WiFi.

Breakfast is served in the Whitby's Restautant from 6.30am - 10.00am Monday to Friday.

Any extra costs incurred to the hotel are to be paid on departure, i.e. mini bar, barista coffees, parking, and room service. When you contact the Hotel, remember to state that you are staying for the 2017 ALGIM Autumn Conference.
