John has a design, construction and operational background for power generation using fossil and non fossil fuels, at industrial and marine diesel installations in the UK and overseas - where water is either pumped or used for cooling. Project Management with procurement and contracting follow the same route for “Hydro-electric”, as it does for “diesel-electric” and John therefore became involved in Hydro in 2009.
