New Registration

Registration

Online registration will be available beginning Monday, March 2.  Alumni will receive an email when online registration is open.  In addition, alumni celebrating a reunion will also receive registration materials mailed via US Postal Service.

Attire

For the most part, the weekend is casual. Some people dress more formally for the Saturday night dinner, but it is not required. Please remember that Meadville weather is very unpredictable.

Parking

All campus lots will be available for parking. Click here to view a campus map. There will be several designated handicapped parking spaces identified throughout the campus. If you need further assistance during the weekend, please contact the Alumni Office at (814) 332-5384 or via email

Where should I go first?

Please check in at the third floor of the Henderson Campus Center (temporary parking and entrance off of Highland Avenue). This check-in is for all alumni, regardless of whether you are staying on or off campus. Click here to view a campus map.

Late Arrival

Information and Check-In will be open during the following times:
Thursday: Noon – 9 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; 6 – 10 p.m.
Sunday: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.

If you will be arriving after the Information and Check-In has closed, please contact the Alumni Office at (814) 332-5384 in advance, and we will have your registration packet (and room key if you are staying on campus) available for you to pick up from the Office of Safety & Security, located in the Newton Observatory on North Main Street.

Shuttle Service

A courtesy hotel shuttle from campus to Meadville hotels will be available.

Also, a complimentary shuttle will run continuously from campus (Lord Gate, at the top of Brooks Walk) to downtown Meadville (Park Avenue and Chestnut Street) on Friday and Saturday evenings beginning at 8 p.m. until 2:30 a.m. No reservation is needed.

Wireless Internet Access

Allegheny College provides a wireless account accessible for temporary use for our visitors and guests. Wireless access is available for Reunion Weekend in select areas including the Campus Center, Tippie Alumni Center at Cochran Hall, Pelletier Library, the Wise Sport and Fitness Center, North Village I and II, College Court, Baldwin and Brooks Hall. Instructions to use the wireless network will be included in your schedule booklet in your registration packet.

Child Care

Child care will not be available.

Golf

Golf is open to all Reunion Weekend attendees at the Country Club of Meadville on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as numerous public golf courses all weekend. For more information, click here.
