Bio
William (Bill) Partington is the Chief Operating Officer of Ledcor Pipeline Limited, a member of the Ledcor Group of Companies. He joined Ledcor in 2005 as Senior Vice President and has been COO since 2007.
Bill graduated form the University of New Brunswick B.Sc., Civil Engineering in 1977. He has been in the heavy construction field since graduating; most of which time has been directly related to pipeline construction. He has been involved with the estimating, feasibility studies, engineering, scheduling, cost control, and project management of pipeline projects since 1980 in Canada, as well as selected projects in the United States, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Thailand over the same period.
