Delegates confirmed to attend the tour must wear closed toe shoes with hard soles or safety boots, long sleeve shirts, long pants, and long hair should be tied back. Jewelry should not be worn. 

Tour will depart on Wednesday the 16th at 1:30 pm by shuttle from the main hotel lobby. Tour participants will first attend tours at Evraz; then shuttle to Shaw facilities and return to the hotel for approximately 6 pm. 

Attendees should check in first at the registration desk for the CEPA Foundation Fall Meeting. You will be given paperwork to complete on the way to the first facility (bring a pen). This paperwork MUST be handed in on arrival to participate in the tours. Evraz will provide all PPE equipment for the attendees. Attendees will take that equipment with them as well to the Shaw facility and leave them with the Shaw tour guide when departing for the evening. 


1:30pm Departing hotel (complete forms picked up at registration for Evraz and hand in on arrival) 

2pm Attendees start equipment selection and tours at Evraz 

4:30pm - 4:45pm Attendees depart Evraz to arrive at Shaw for 5 pm 

5pm Tour of Shaw (attendees will leave PPE with Shaw tour guide) 

5:30pm - 5:45pm Bus returns attendees to hotel
