Prior to joining Alliance, Terrance most recently held the position of Senior Vice President, Midstream & Refined Products at Husky Oil Operations Limited and was responsible for a wide-ranging portfolio that included global commodity marketing, logistics and trading, storage, refining and upgrading business, pipelines, cogeneration, retail and wholesale operations, asphalt marketing, product supply and distribution, and new ventures. Terrance has also held the position of Chairman of the Board for Sultran Ltd. and Pacific Coast Terminals Company Ltd. 

Terrance is Chair of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association (CEPA) and is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Petroleum Society of Canada, Canada Heavy Oil Association, CFA Institute and the Calgary Society of Financial Analysts. 

Terrance was born in Calgary, Alberta. He holds Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Calgary, and a certificate in Petroleum Land Management (CPLM) from Mount Royal University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds designations from the Investment Dealers Association of Canada.
